Questions, answered plainly.
What UWork360 does, how deployments and data control work, how engagements run and how to get started.
What UWork360 does
UWork360 is a technology company based in Pakistan. We provide private infrastructure and self-hosting, local AI and LLM solutions, enterprise applications, institutional knowledge systems and UCon360 — together with the implementation and managed support that keep them running.
UCon360 is an observational intelligence platform. It connects the data sources you approve — such as chats, emails, files, meetings and business apps — and surfaces the workflows, tasks, deadlines and decisions inside them. It shows you what is happening; it never prescribes how your company must operate, and anything that matters waits for human approval.
No. We start from what you already run. An engagement changes what your requirements call for and leaves the rest alone.
Organizations that want control over their own infrastructure and data — businesses and institutions that would rather own their systems than rent someone else’s black box.
Deployment and data control
That depends on the deployment you choose. Where the engagement calls for it, UWork360 deploys and operates the systems on infrastructure you control, so your data stays inside your own environment. Managed options are available too. The proposal sets out exactly where data lives in your setup.
Yes, where the engagement calls for it. Private and self-hosted deployments are a core part of what we do, not an add-on. We will tell you honestly which parts of a proposed setup fit on your infrastructure and which need something else.
We can run AI models on infrastructure you control, so the data they process does not need to leave your environment. Which models, for which tasks and at what scale depends on your requirements — that is worked out during the consultation and written into the proposal.
No. This website publishes no compliance or certification claims. If your organization has regulatory or policy requirements, raise them in the consultation and we will describe exactly what a proposed deployment does and does not cover.
Products and delivery
The enterprise application suite covers the day-to-day tools an organization runs on. Two are named on this site: Portal, for secure file collaboration, and Meet, for audio and video meetings. Portal runs on Nextcloud and Meet runs on Jitsi — open platforms you can inspect and host yourself. Other applications are scoped per engagement.
It is a system that captures how your organization actually works — documents, processes, decisions and know-how — and makes it findable and reusable. Instead of knowledge living in individual inboxes and heads, it becomes something the organization keeps and can hand over.
We start with a consultation and a requirements phase, then give you a written proposal covering scope, approach and timeline. Implementation runs in agreed stages, with your team involved at each step, and ends with handover or managed support — whichever the agreement provides for.
Implementation and managed support, arranged per engagement. What is covered — response arrangements, maintenance, updates and who to contact — is written into your proposal and agreement rather than published as a generic plan.
Working with us
There are no public prices. Every engagement is scoped from your requirements, so pricing comes from a tailored proposal after the consultation. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Yes. UWork360 hires in Pakistan for technology roles. Open positions are listed on our careers pages, and a person reviews every application — nothing is rejected automatically.
Your data stays under your control. Deployments can run on customer-controlled infrastructure, access to systems is restricted and important actions are logged. How UWork360 handles personal information on this website is explained in our privacy policy.
Use the contact form and describe what you are working on. We review your requirements, arrange a free consultation and follow up with a proposal you can take to your team.
